RULES & GUIDELINES
- Contest begins November 1st for video submissions and ends on November 20th. The winner will be announced on November 30th.
- Must have a valid email to enter.
- Ages to enter is 2-15 years old.
- Video must already be uploaded. Provide the URL to the video please.
- Video must be one minute long or under. It isn't mandatory, but at least try too.
- The earlier you enter, the longer you video will be viwed and people can vote for you!
- A total of 5 contestants must participate for this contest to be valid.
- Willow Smith's 'Whip My Hair' MUST be playing in the background/added to the video.

- On November 21st a poll will be provided. It will be up to you to get as many people to vote for the participant as they can! The contestant with the most votes on November 30th by 12p (Eastern Time) will be the winner!
